Q: How Much Are Lessons?
A: The Cost per 45 minute Lesson: 60.00
*lesson may include catching, grooming, ground-work & tacking.
Q: How Old Do Riders Need to be?
A: Minimum suggested age is 7 & we do teach adult riders as well.
Q: Is there a Weight Limit?
A: If you weigh over 200 pounds, please let us know and we can use our draft horse for your lesson. The weight-limit is 350 pounds on our draft horse. Draft horse lessons are on lead line only until you show experience.
Q: What days are you open?
A: We typically teach on Tuesdays & Our Camps are Tuesday/Thursday. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule if you are redeeming a gift-certificate.
Q: Are your lessons held weekly?
A: We are open every week, however to accommodate more riders, our Regular Students sign up for 2 lessons per month (every other week). Lessons are typically held on Tuesdays (both am/pm).
Q: Do we need previous experience?
A: No, Our Program is geared toward BEGINNER riders who have little/no riding experience.
Q: Is your program licensed and insured?
A: Yes, our program is covered by a Farm & Equine Insurance Policy. Parents must complete a liability waiver. Download one here:

Q: Are helmets required & Do you provide helmets?
A: Yes and Yes. We have used helmets available for your use or you may bring your own equestrian helmet.
*Students are required to have their own helmet to earn their Level One Horsemanship Medal (normally at the end of year 1 of lessons).
